Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the photograph(s) is damaged, or if you receive the wrong photograph(s), so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the rare event that you receive a print that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us to initiate a claim. You will have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a print request. After evaluating the validity of your claim, you will receive a new print free of charge provided that the damage occurred during shipping and not due mishandling of the print on the customer’s part.

Please ensure you follow the steps below.

  1. If the shipping tube is damaged in any way when you receive it from our shipping partner, please ensure that this damage is logged by them before accepting the delivery. Please do not attempt to return the package to the shipping partner. We will escalate this from our end.
  2. Please provide detailed photo/ video evidence of the damage to your photograph(s) as well as any damage to the packaging in your initial request.
